Because of the low cost of some new Scales, they may not be economical to repair. We will do our best to advise you accordingly.
This is usually undertaken on large units such as Weighbridges that would cause a major problem to remove and undertake civil work on the foundations to accommodate a new unit, regularly Weighbridges are in the entrance to the site.
Repairs to Scales are carried out on site regularly as a call out to Scale not working, if it is not possible to fix there and then, it would be returned with the Engineer to our Workshop, parts ordered or mechanical failure dealt with, calibration checked and returned to customer.
Alternatively you can arrange to bring the weighing equipment to our Workshop, it may be a quick repair while you wait. Please note the Workshop is not continually manned, so please arrange time first.
